Open-minded — yes as a leader, I want some people that are open minded so that as a team we can exchange ideas that without having a misunderstanding. Positive thinker — we are now experiencing a pandemic and because of it, we easily get stress and I need a people to my team that are not easily be shaken by negativity and know how to row the boat of positivity for my team.
